Returns Policy:
At Eshet Chayil, we are sure that you will be more than satisfied with your order, and back our products with the utmost confidence.
We will provide you with a full return minus the cost of the shipping . For return submission , please return item within 15 days of receiveing date order, please include a copy of your receipt. You are responsible for the price of shipping the item back to us. In order to process your return and issue a full refund a quickly as possible, we ask that you send as an e-mail prior to mailing your return.
products that received after 15-30 days are reeligible for a store credit equal to the amount returned.
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses when returning or exchanging products. To Return an Items:
Email Eshet Chayil with the words "Return/Exchange" as the subject. Be sure to include your name, order number, and reasons for return/exchange
Make a copy of your original invoice, and circle the items you would like to Return or Exchange (and if applicable, including new sizes/colors desired). Please include the reason why you are returning the items as well, and place in the box with all items to be returned/exchanged.

All items must be received within 7 business days of intial contact,
NOTE: All returns that do not adhere to the policies above, are returned without contacting Eshet Chayil , or are received by Eshet Chayil after the designated return or exchange time periods will be either shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense, or become the property of Eshet Chayil, depending on the discretion of Be Precious.
Eshet Chayil is not responsible for lost and or stolen items in transit.
